De formation ESI et CSG de l'ISCAE. Depuis quinze ans, il s'est spécialisé dans les NTI (GED, Workflow) dans une start-up. Il a occupé après plusieurs postes de direction dans plusieurs sociétés. Il a été également un expert international homologué « union européenne -- MEDA II » sur le projet Modernisation des juridictions au Maroc pour le compte du Ministère de la Justice. Ensuite, il devient Directeur Adjoint de projet pour le compte de Bull Maroc. Actuellement, il est consultant, entrepreneur et directeur associé du cabinet consultor.ma spécialisé dans l'intelligence économique, la veille, la stratégie digitale 2.0 et les IT. Dans le « Civil», il est blogueur (www.sniper.ma) et cyber-citoyen.
